A custom board is not a graphic on a blank. Construction is the product.
The spec
What the board is made of.
Sintered base. Engineered core. Ceramic edges. No-VOC epoxy. Locked in a full cure and a cold press.
- Core Paulownia, bamboo, poplar, cork, carbon, honeycomb, titanium. Flex from laminate placement, not only thickness.
- Fibers High-stitch triax glass. Pre-cured carbon where the ride needs it.
- Damping Three layers of rubber / VDS.
- Sidewalls PU, sintered P-tex, or bamboo. Not commodity ABS.
- Edges 48 Rockwell (40 for rails). Ceramic disk, a mirror finish.
- Bases Sintered P-tex 4000 and Electra. A hard extruded base only if asked.
- Epoxy Elastomer, zero VOC.
- Press Full cure, then cold press so the shape holds.
- Finish Many light grinds. Die-cuts you cannot feel.
- Graphics Sublimation, screen, die-cut, printed veneer, water transfer, digital. Gloss or matte.
