Every board is built from scratch to your exact specifications — shape, size, flex, graphics, and finish. Nothing is pulled from a shelf. We don't make stock boards. If you order from us, the board that arrives was made specifically for you.

We currently offer four shapes: Classic (directional, all-mountain), Park Camber (twin-tip, freestyle), Powder (wide directional, backcountry), and Bluntish (hybrid, versatile). Each shape can be built in any size and width. Browse them in the design flow.

Yes. Flex is one of the spec fields in the order form. If you're not sure what flex suits your riding style, just describe how you ride and we'll recommend one when we follow up.

We use sustainably farmed wood cores, No-VOC epoxy resin, and solvent-free inks for graphics. Bases are die-cut for precision and minimal waste. Nothing is chosen for cost — everything is chosen for how it performs on snow.

We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. Vector formats (SVG, AI, PDF) give the cleanest print results. If you're sending a raster image (PNG or JPG), aim for at least 300 DPI at the intended print size. Attach the file directly to your email after the draft opens.

Absolutely. Just describe your idea in the details field — colours, themes, references, vibes — and we'll work with you on the design. Custom design collaboration is included in the build cost for most orders. We'll confirm in our reply.

We print with solvent-free inks and colour-match as closely as possible. Screen colours (RGB) and print colours (CMYK) can differ slightly — if exact colour matching is critical, let us know and we'll send a proof before printing.

Use the design flow on this site. Pick your shape, fill in your specs and details, and hit "Open Email Draft". Your email app will open with everything pre-filled — attach your design file and send. We'll reply within 48 hours with a quote and timeline.

Standard build time is around 6 weeks from order confirmation and deposit. During peak season (October–December) this may extend to 8 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline when we confirm your order.

Yes. We require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due before the board ships. Payment details are confirmed in our reply email after you submit your order.

Changes are possible before production begins. Once materials are cut and pressing starts, changes to shape or size are no longer possible. Graphic changes may still be possible depending on where we are in the build — contact us as early as you can.

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be included in your order confirmation. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Because every board is built to order, we don't accept returns unless the board has a manufacturing defect or was built incorrectly based on your confirmed order. If something is wrong with your board, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our full refund policy for details.
