The board
- What makes a board custom?
- Every board is built to spec. We do not sell stock boards. If you order from us, the board that arrives was made for that order.
- What shapes?
- Snow: Classic, Park Camber, Powder, Bluntish. Any size and width. Water is below.
- Flex
- Flex is choosable. If you are not sure, describe the ride. We recommend one when we write back.
- Materials
- Sintered P-tex 4000 and Electra bases. Engineered cores. Edges at 48 Rockwell (40 for rails). Elastomer epoxy, zero VOC. Full cure, then a cold press. The full spec is on Construction.
Water
- What we build
- Hard water boards — surf, SUP, foil, wake, kite, wind, skim. Each type has named shapes. Hard SUP with an EPS foam core. Boards only — no inflatables, no kit.
Design
- Files
- PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI. Vector is preferred. Raster at 300 DPI.
- No design?
- Describe it. We help. We confirm in the reply.
- Colour
- We colour-match. RGB and CMYK can differ. If an exact match matters, we send a proof.
Order
- How
- A brief, or the design flow. We reply within 48 hours with a quote and a timeline.
- Build time
- Around six weeks from confirmation and deposit. October–December may be eight weeks.
- Deposit
- 50% to start. Balance before the board ships.
- Changes
- Changes are fine before production. Shape and size lock once materials are cut.
Shipping
- Where
- We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are the buyer’s.
- Returns
- No returns on custom once production has started, unless the board is defective or built wrong. Fourteen days for defects. Seven days for shipping damage. The refund policy has the rest.
